Our Aim

Our aim is to provide a range of services to young adults living within the community or with their families. We focus on enhancing daily living skills through day care, offering support with personal care, and providing waking and sleeping night services.

Person Centred Approach

Each individual will have a personalised, person-centred care plan.
The care plan will include:

a description of their preferred daily routine
their likes, dislikes, hobbies, social interests, and preferred activities
dietary requirements
a comprehensive risk assessment
any relevant risk management plans
detailed notes on health care needs, medication, and preferred health professionals
any therapeutic or day services provided

These personalised care plans are designed to offer the most effective and compassionate support. Plans are reviewed and updated regularly to ensure each individual receives the care that best meets their evolving needs.

Responsible Empowerment

Individuals will be encouraged to make informed choices in all aspects of their care package. Day Care, Social Activities and Holidays

Our aim is to provide a varied and stimulating day care programme that helps the individual to develop life and social skills.

The day care programme might include:

confidence building tasks, including community based activities and helping to plan events.
developing domestic skills such as cooking and household budgets therapeutic activities.
college placement and development of other abilities, including PC skills training.
Gardening/Horticultural Painting and Decorating Carpentry Environmental Activities
Photography Pottery hobbies Social activities Involvement in sports - depending upon interest and ability.
